TenaTicket is made by Tenatrak Software LLC, a small software company in Hillsboro, Oregon, and the team behind Tenatrak.
We kept hearing the same thing from small businesses: customer emails pile up in a shared inbox, two people answer the same message while another one gets missed, and nobody can say how long people are waiting. The big help desk tools could fix that, but they come with per-seat pricing, long setup and features most small teams will never use.
So we built TenaTicket: the essentials of a good help desk, priced per company, and simple enough to set up in an afternoon.
What we believe
- Plain pricing. One plan, one price per company, agents included. The people asking for help are always free.
- Plain English. No jargon, no training course. If something needs a manual, we haven’t finished designing it.
- Small on purpose. We’d rather do the important things well than add features nobody asked for.
- Real people. When you write to us, someone on the team who builds the product writes back.
