Questions about pricing

What’s the difference between an agent and a requester?

Agents are the people on your team who answer and work on requests. Requesters are the people asking for help, like your customers or staff. You pay for agents only. Requesters are unlimited and free.

What if I need more than 5 agents?

Add as many as you need for $15/month each, or $150/year each on yearly billing. For example, 8 agents is $54 + 3 × $15 = $99/month.

Are any features held back for a higher plan?

No. There’s one plan and it includes everything: email-to-ticket, requester portal, agent queue, response-time targets, knowledge base and reports.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Yearly billing works out to two months free: $540/year instead of $648, and $150/year per extra agent instead of $180.

Is TenaTicket the same as Tenatrak?

No. TenaTicket is a separate help desk product from the same team behind Tenatrak. It has its own plan and pricing.
